John Mac Gregor, CACBF's CTD updates us on the CACBF's policies relating to the Laws.
"The new Laws come into effect on September 1, 1997 in the CACBF. This date is within the guidelines set out by the WBF and was agreed upon at the AGM of the CACBF in Panama in June/97. Within the Laws as produced by the WBF Laws Commission, Zonal and sponsoring organizations are given certain options. The following hold true in bridge held under the auspices of the CACBF - Zone 5 of the WBF." | |

Of course, they would be able to consult with anyone they chose to. (c) Chairperson - this is supposed to refer to the normal Appeals Committee procedure. The decision is rendered by the Chairperson but reflects the Committee's vote." |
